COMMISSION PRICES

All prices listed here are average prices, your commission might cost more or less depending on your character's design. Complicated designs including complex fur patterns, tattoos, complex attire, lots of hair, additional body parts (such as wings), props/objects, familiars etc. may increase the initial price listed here, while simpler body shapes, palettes or attires are likely to decrease it.

TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING THIS ARTIST, AKRO, YOU AGREE TO FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICES.

1.1 - Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, etc.1.2 - I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason, please don’t take it personally.1.3 - The prices I have specified are only used as guidelines. It depends on what you’re after and which level of detailing you want.

2.1 - All payment should be in USD. Via Paypal.2.2 - Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available. These will depend on the price and your circumstances. You’ll receive a small resolution for reviews in this case, and will receive the full resolution only after final payment is made.

3.1 - After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will show you the work process a few times until completion.3.2 - Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra.3.3 - Size is usually 2706 x 3840, 300 dpi, delivered in PNG file format unless you ask otherwise. I will send you a full resolution artwork. Prices may vary for larger or smaller artworks.3.4 - Commission may take up to 1-4 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified.

4.1 - Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.4.2 - You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.4.3 - By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.4.4 - If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged.4.5 - You are welcome to upload you commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.4.6 - I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

5.1 - The clients will get a 100% refund if I cancel the commission, or if they cancel the commission before I start working on it.5.2 - If I already started a work, the clients will get the refund of the initial payment minus the total of work I already have spent on it.

This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
